"Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible...

"The hotel staff were fantastic and the view was beautiful. It was quite a ways from San Pedro town which limited dining options for us. The staff booked us a reservation at Mambo with a driver or boat pickup depending on the weather. The breakfast was good but very few options for dinner at the onsite restaurant. If I could do it again, I would rent a golf cart in town for the duration of our stay and book tours that picked us up at the resort dock."

"Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located — about 20 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Secret Beach, making it easy to explore while still enjoying some peace and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of adventures. Being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown made the stay feel calm and refreshing. The food and drinks were very good, though definitely on the expensive side. Worth it for convenience and quality, but something to keep in...

"Great location north of San Pedro and close to secret beach! Beautiful outdoor pool and well-kept beachside area. Extremely spacious rooms with amazing balcony view. Unexpectedly older than photos, unfortunate smell from sargassum, and fyi you are limited to what is supplied by the owners of the condo your assigned."
