"Close to dining, shopping and transit hubs. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchenette with laundry made for a nice convenience. Smell from the kitchen sink drain was a bit unsavory, but otherwise, a great stay."

However there was a strong smell after opening the shower and taps which just got worse as the days went on, our coffee machine was broken and although we told the reception it didn’t get addressed. Finally there was no “4 pools” as advertised just the one, which was always extremely busy."

"The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was modern, yet with antique touches. It was the most comfortable, clean and beautiful place we stayed for our entire trip. The check in process was great. The woman who helped us was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the breakfast that got delivered to our room and it was all great foods, so much that we saved 1/2 for the next morning. I would stay here again most definitely!"

"Check in was smooth, it's just communication took a while via WhatsApp as there is no actual physical person behind a desk for reception. One day our cleaner took our towels and didn't restock it and my family and I needed to shower, we showered with no towels and ended up using clean clothes to dry ourselves ... I tried messaging for help that late afternoon but no one got back to me until the following morning at 11am. Other than still a good stay"
