"The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. If we had any criticism it would be that the room had no tea / coffee making facilities although the receptionist gave us a kettle so we could make a drink. Also we asked for a double and had a twin instead, although the room was lovely ..."

"My room was fully flooded water came through floors lucky our belongings (electronics) weren’t on the ground. Waiting on a refund for the remaining days because we had to leave and find new accomodation. Several emails and still nothing resolved."
