Loved this resort. The staff were so friendly and remembered our names. The games by the pool and nightly entertainment were a hit with the family. The breakfast and lunch buffets were pretty tasty and had a good variety of foods and pastries for everyone!

We have stayed here 4 times and it's wonderful. Staff is so nice. Pool activities are always so much fun. It's a great location. You can book activities/vehicle rentals right from the hotel lobby.

Overall the resort was very clean with very friendly staff. I enjoyed the option for snorkeling and the pool area was beautiful. Cumfy beds and a wonderful assortment of mixed drinks was a nice added touch. Also the snack bar was delicious. Unfortunately the water pressure in the room was very low and the buffet options would have benefited from more selection.

This is the only place we stay now when we visit Cozumel. I have come to island 5-6 times and found this place the on my second trip. The staff is always friendly, the food is good, great ocean access for snorkeling or a shore dive and the rooms are always clean. It's only about a 15 minute walk to downtown and if you want to rent a scooter or book an excursion, there is always someone there to help you. I would definitely recommend.
