"Avoid a room above the bar because of the noise. I think it must get its 3 star rating from the rooms in the new areas. The food was very mediocre. For food I would recommend The Fox Hole which is around a 5 minute walk. The setting saved my stay because it was lovely to sit by the river. The staff ..."

"Yorkshires best kept secret. Great room. Plenty of space, very clean, bathroom a bit tired but fine. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Loads of parking. Pool and spa very clean and well managed. Location in centre of village is superb."
