I never write reviews but I have to for this stay. I ended getting REALLY BAD food poisoning during my stay at the property and was up until 3am throwing up (5 times!!) and on the toilet. Understandably I could not move or travel the next day. I missed my flight and had slept till 12pm and was woken up by cleaning and management. I explained to them what happened and how I’d been up all night and I need to pay for another night cause I can’t leave the property let alone MY BED. I was visibly NOT WELL at the door. The front desk lady - ANNA - insisted I leave and vacant the room or pay NOW. She expressed NO CONCERN for me. NOT EVEN A “are you ok???” Or “do you need anything” or “can we help you”? NOTHING. SHE INSISTED I PAY ON THE SPOT OR PACK MY STUFF AND LEAVE. Even after I told her I was going to stay another night and am going to PAY. I just woke up. ANYWAY. THE STAFF ARE SO NOT TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. HONESTLY if I could’ve moved hotels I would’ve and not given them anymore of my money but I was too sick and was in bed the rest of the day sleeping. I’m so disgusted by their attitude after being visibly ill and up all night and NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER YET DEMANDING MONEY ON THE SPOT. THANKS ANNA FOR AN UNBELIEVABLE STAY. never again will I stay at that hotel or recommend to friends / family. Horrible treatment.
