"Property is clean which is why I provided 3 stars overall. Mattress/bed was well past its lifespan. Property in general needs some maintenance to fix little things here and there. Staff were polite but not overly friendly by any stretch. Would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses. Instant coffee only, this nearly pushed me to 2 star review… iced lemon water in the lobby redeemed them."

"Internet was not the best security level so I didn't use it for much. Food & wine were good, especially when snowed in due to blizzard. Room was spacious & comfortable. Workout room was great and appreciated. Exhibits around the premises were interesting."

"I was a bit concerned at first because the room wasn’t well swept and there was dust/debris around the floor edges. I did a bedbug check before unpacking…But I have to say the bed was SO comfortable!! Overall it was an ok stay - definitely some sketchy people in the lobby when I arrived but not necessarily the hotels fault "

"Dinner and breakfast were great, pool great. Room was very nice. We planned to have our daughter sleep on the pullout couch bed and unfortunately there was what appeared to be blood on half a dozen spots. Otherwise great!"

"My wife and I had a great stay. The room was clean and super nice. They went out of their way to ensure there was something for everyone at breakfast. We will definitely stay again."

"I did not end up staying because I did not feel that the hotel cleanliness match the pictures online. The hotel was quite a bit older looking than the picture showed online. It seemed relatively clean but a lot of the furniture, etc. was very worn. When I mentioned to the front desk staff that I didn’t want to stay she was upset I really wouldn’t talk to me anymore. "

"I stayed one night before an early next day’s flight. Welcoming staff and capable shuttle driver in icy road conditions. "

"I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious...
