"Room was ok when it comes to the cleaniness but the staff, especially the office staff, were rude and talked to me like I was a stray dog and the cleaning lady kept opening my room door without permission and doesn't even speak English so I was unable to communicate with her. I asked her repeatedly to not open my door without permission but since she couldn't understand English she kept doing it. 1 of the ladies that works the front desk came banging on my door about the room payment, which I had already paid for the previous night online via Expedia in which she repeatedly called me a liar and her attitude towards me and my best friend, who is handicapped. We had cockroaches gallore in our room as well and had to throw out half of the food we had just bought the previous day due to the bugs. Our refrigerator didn't even shut and was not cold whatsoever so the milk soured after only being in there not ever 24 hours. And it was dirty and had bugs in it as well and also the microwave. The morning of check out they came banging on the door yet once again demanding that we have less than 5 mins to checkout and again my best friend is handicapped and is unable to move around like that. There were stains on our bed sheets and the toilet and shower were dirty and hair in the drain of the shower. "

"We entered the room 709 wife commented that it is cold I checked thermostat 72 I turned it 74 went to eddies v for dinner 2 hours later still freezing in room changed thermostat to 79 finally by morning I had to turn off completely ac unit above never shut off made loud noise during the stay We almost always stay at embassy suites in fact going to Michigan in June I was there for cancer treatment not to be met with this !!!"
