"Bathroom was a little dirty, towels didnt look very clean , hallway smell bad"

"one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location right off of the interstate with lots of restaurant options nearby and a few within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had great breakfast options! And we loved the kickback for dinner as well with free food and drinks! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 definitely recommend!"

When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. "Place was not really like describe old no maintenance"

"When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway. I had family with me they had to go to another hotel because of bedbugs in their room. Overall the place was very poor managed"
