"The hotel has poor cleaning and poor maintenance all around. The check in has long lines and the room wasn't ready at 6pm and check out is at 11am. Like 7hrs to be ready and not.not upgrades offers for the lateness, not even late check outs.The pool bar never is opend, no muisic no food no drinks ..."
