"Very nice apartment hotel. Service was friendly and the condition was very good. Front desk used my name from the first to lasr contact. That makes me feel welcome. Thanks David. Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about. "The room was really stuffy and there’s no natural light. It’s okay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s clean. The toilet is busy, I think there was only one toilet for 4 rooms. Also, there was a little hiccup in my checkin where the host didn’t respond for a while.. I waited a while before I could checkin, hotels.com helped me to communicate. No aircon, only a fan. It’s ok if you aren’t picky "

"We had an excellent stay and everything exceeded our expectations! The property managers are very accommodating and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. They let us keep our bags in the room before check-in and even allowed us to check in way earlier. The apartment is in a great location next to restaurants, grocery, and the Metro to go anywhere in Madrid. All spaces were very clean and the bathrooms were maintained daily.
