Another shot of the beautiful scenery in the Scottish Highlands. I caught sight of this vista whilst driving and just managed to pull over and take this.
Cromarty Bridge from the Black Isle The Black Isle is neither Black nor truly an Isle as it is connected to the mainland by a fairly narrow isthmus. However the main route across it involves crossing the Beauly Firth at Kessock Bridge in the south from Inverness and then crossing the Cromarty Firth on the Cromarty Bridge to Easter Ross.

Was in a garden room which was fine but room was a cold, however oil filled heater was in the cupboard. Room was clean and en suite was spacious. Food was very expensive but no better than a home cooked meal.
