Het is een nette, luxe appartement (met vaatwasser en vaatwastabletten}. Aan de kant van het appartement dat we in eerste instantie kregen werd gesloopt, erg veel lawaai. We hebben een appartement aan de andere kant gekregen, daar was het stil. Mensen van het hotel waren erg behulpzaam. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Un etablissement qui peut mieux faire
La piscine est situé dans un endroit ombragé et l'eau n'est pas chauffé. Les équipements misent à dispositions devraient être vérifiés et changés avant de proposer les appartements à la location. C'est la 2 ème année que nous venons dans cet établissement. L'année dernière nous avion eu une fuite dû au lave-vaisselle et cette année le four nous a laché, de plus le frigo fuit et fait un bruit insupportable. Il manque des équipements, comme un grille pain, une essoreuse à salade, une cafetière standard.

We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine glasses and dishes for oven cooking. TV was older, not smart, so we had a week off Netflix and listened to music instead.

A week in Cullera
We had a sea view room with beautiful views. The room was spacious and had everwe needed. The furniture could have used updating but was not a problem.

Appart complet à 300m de la plage
La seule chose qui nous a manqué est un seche cheveux! (sejour au mois de février). Cuisine complète lave vaisselle et lave linge compris! (reste a apporter votre liquide et pillules lave vaisselle + lessive et soupline + mr propre). Apres, il faudra prendre la voirure pour faire les courses et visiter Vera et son centre historique. Nous avons apprecie l appartement et la proprete des lieux, ainsi que le personnel tres symparique.

Me ha sorprendido mucho el estado del apartamento. Están nuevos, cuidados, limpios y con absolutamente todo lo necesario en la cocina, incluso lavavajillas. Las vistas al mar desde el apartamento son espectaculares, y la cama enorme y cómoda. Repetiré seguro, ha sido un acierto.

Séjour agréable avec vue exceptionnelle
Trés belle vue sur le mer, mais parfois bruyant à cause de la route qui se trouve le long de l'hôtel. Pour aller à la plage il faut marcher 10mn, un peu loin mais pas gênant. Le canapé aurait besoin d'être remplacer ainsi que la minuterie du four est à réparer, prévoir de changer la lampe de la hotte. Mettre à disposition un couteau à pain et une essoreuse à salade, prévoir une notice. multilingue pour l'utilisation du lave-vaisselle, et des dosettes spécifiques à utiliser avec la machine à expresso vendu uniquement à la réception.Le Personnel est accueillant et serviable.

Relación calidad precio muy mala
Positivo: lavavajillas, colchones del dormitorio cómodos. Cogimos una habitación con vistas al mar, nos dieron una en la segunda planta y estábamos prácticamente encima del mar, la vista fue lo mejor de todo. Personal amable.    Negativo: el colchón del sofá-cama huele a moho y humedad. Los artículos de aseo son muy escasos: no hay jabón de manos y nos dejaron solo 3 botecitos de gel para 3 personas para todos los días, aunque nos dieron más al pedirlos. 1 sola toalla de manos y otra de bidet para 3 personas. El papel higiénico transparente y sólo dos rollos. Y por lo demás, el sofá es de DOS plazas cuando se supone que el apartamento es para 4 pax. El resto que se siente en sillas... Hay una tabla de planchar pero sin plancha. La mayoría de los canales de TV no se ven o se ven mal. El menaje de cocina necesitaría un cambio, todo se pegaba el las sartenes y cazuelas y no era cómodo cocinar. Total, que para nada vale los 170 euros DIARIOS que hemos pagado por este supuesto aparthotel? donde entran a limpiar cada 4 días!

Todo muy bien y muy tranquilo. El apartamento estaba limpio y bien equipado. Solo mencionaría que se debe hacer mantenimiento a las puertas del apartamento ya que no cerraban bien. El personal muy atento. Por lo demás repetiremos.

Sitio cómodo y recomendable. Las únicas pegas que al llegar y pedir parking, nos dijeron que estaba completo, pese a tener uno de los apartamentos más caros. Cuesta aparcar en esa zona. y después, encontramos una sabana con manchas, pero como habia más, no la llegamos a usar.
