"The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. "Room was rather pokey and the entry system rather tricky. Once we found a staff member at the sister motel some distance away all went smoothly. Vanity basin is in the bedroom, no toaster and no table."
