They hadn’t topped up on tea/coffee facility apart from that had an issue where we noticed the fridge was off so we had to chuck out the food we had in there and some of the power outlets weren’t working. Reported issue and they said it was due to faulty fuse so electric jug was not working at all either so just...

"Great location. Good place for people with younger kids as they have the waterpark and other things. The playground was closed for the whole time we were there. Rooms are a good size. The restaurant was OK if you don’t fancy goong far. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The garden view apartment had everything we needed, including a bonus spa bath on the balcony and a sea view that I wasn’t expecting. The lounge was big enough for one kid on the couch and one on the extra bed ($35 per night). The main bed was comfy and the apartment was clean and air conditioned. Screen only between main bedroom and lounge. A few minor items needed to be replaced (broken toaster, fridge that freezes everything or nothing, aged bath tap and plug, paint in the main bedroom)...

"The room was not particularly clean - average. The pool was supposed to be heated but was quite cool - unable to stay in for very long. The lifts were very good - quiet and efficient. The parking spaces are very tight and we had to use the overflow parking if we went out during the day in the car. Unable to control the fan speed on the air conditioning unit - so either too cold or too hot."
