Not only was the room perfectly set up to host us for two days with a seperate bedroom, work station and dining table, the staff here is top notch! "Love the location, shops, dining and the hotel has a great energy. Two things I have told them many time about during my previous visits. The master light switches and the power conserve timers are a real issue. The light doesn’t sync correctly and you’re always having to go to the main switch at front door. Secondly the TVs are not smart tvs with no access to apps and there is no way to stream to the tv or mirror. I’m not the only one saying this, the front desk has hear it before. Hyde...

"We stayed for one night before our cruise. The lasy who met us at the door was awesome! Its really quiet. Store and bar are walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes. "

"Parking is a pain as the parking garage fills up which is kind of a hassle. When I took a shower the next day I noticed writing on the mirror and I know it wasn’t my girlfriend who wrote it and it kind of freaked her out. Do better please. The pillows on the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be"

"The sheets were not clean, the pillows felt old and bunched up. I usually take towels when I travel so I can’t say much about that, but the room looked like it’s in need of some renovations. The staff was super friendly. Keep in mind they will put a $100 hold on your credit card for any service you request, I didn’t request anything but I only got $60 back…I’m not sure why and I’m not going to worry about, I will not stay there again.
