"The hotel is not well maintained. The room was dirty and had dead spiders and flies in the bathroom windows. Several bathroom tiles were missing, and multiple things in the room were broken. The water, which they said comes from a pond, was yellow/brown and smelled like sewage.
Definitely not worth the $280 per night. The restaurant was only open for one hour, and the check-in lady was also the bartender.
I ended up not staying there and went to Hotel El Mirador by Balderrama instead. They had great service, and their water did not smell like sewage."
