"We really enjoyed our stay at The Twelve Hotel. Our family suite was perfect for our family of 4, with two separate bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was really well decorated. We loved the bar downstairs and all the quirky touches."

"Beautiful hotel and a good choice for golfing. However, compared to other 5 star hotels we stayed at in Ireland over our one week trip, service and amenities at this hotel are mediocre and value is not as good. Reception staff seem to be many summer student-age and can be better trained and more willingly helpful. Some are friendly and helpful but not all. Main restaurant seems to be very well managed and food was good. Loved Galway and will go back, but will likely look for another hotel."
