"Very very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Very clean room. The shower was amazing. With Dove shower gel. Dove shamp and conditioner. Along with hand soap and lotion. The bed seemed a little worn out to where I felt like I was falling to the center. But all and all very nice. The pool needed to be cleaned. It had a few leaves at the bottom with a bug floating at top. Breakfast was one of the best with really good coffee also."

"We loved the SUPER nice staff at this hotel and appreciate that it felt clean and had a great breakfast. That said, we'll never stay at this hotel chain again. When we checked in, the front desk offered to give us a late checkout, so we took a noon checkout. The next morning at 7 AM, when we were sound asleep, someone tried to get into our room; only the chain stopped them. Happened again at 8 AM. We looked in the hallway, but there wasn't anyone there; they clearly took the stairs right by our room. We called the front desk to let them know what happened and they said, "No worries! It's only the maid." Why on earth housekeeping is trying to get into rooms that haven't checked out yet--and have late checkouts--is beyond me. They didn't even knock! It completely disrupted our sleep and made us feel unsafe. No one should have been entering our room until we checked out. We won't stay at this chain again for anything."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. Its location just off the freeway made it incredibly convenient to get in and out without dealing with hardly any traffic, which was a huge plus after a long day of driving. Overall, the combination of easy access, great food, and friendly service made the trip much more enjoyable. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone passing through the area."

"Customer service from employees was great! But other than that… I won’t be staying here again, within 5 minutes of being in my room, a roach came crawling down the door frame while using the restroom.. then majority of the night I could hear people arguing and banging stuff; slamming doors, straight through the vent in the bathroom.. I was trying to work in my room and had to leave a few hours and got no sleep because I was tired of hearing the bs… I greatly appreciate the hospitality and kind employees but, never again.."

"Main annoyances. Took 20 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish with person before us and get to us. Told me price was about $11 more than I paid on Expedia. I asked why and he said because of tax. I showed confirmation email showing I paid $13.16 in tax already. Then he said because it was a “late night check—in (because it was after 11 due to long wait) it would come out to actually be three dollars less than what I paid. Then he told me, “There shouldn’t be any problems with your room.” What does that mean I asked? What type of problem shouldn’t there be? Well, the other clerk went to check it out he tells me. He comes back and says, “I think it will work.” Ok, now I’m reallly confused. What should work I ask. The room key. Ok, well, that would be nice. Clerk walks us to room to make sure. It doesn’t work. Does something right there at door and now, “it should work.” No problems after that. Move on to loading our cold food into the fridge. It doesn’t appear to be working. Guy comes and investigates and fiddles with it and says call us in half hour if still not working. Says he will go get another one working in case. He calls back in 15 and asks if working now. I tell him no and he brings new one to room and plugs in. Now has been an hour. Next a shower. No shampoo. At least a conditioner bottle. conditioner bottle empty.no more space 4 all problems. No one around in morning to check actually charge. Was also told they were knocking some off price. Haven’t seen yet"
