I rated my other stay in another room - the Deluxe Studio on the 2nd floor - as excellent. This second stay, booked last minute so only this very small room on the 5th floor was available - definitely not the same quality. A little musty, with a weak AC unit. There was an additional fan in the room and I had to have that blowing directly at me to have it be cool enough. I travelled solo but this space would definitely be too small for two people. I’m sorry this experience is what will be left in my mind. I would stay here again only if I could get the previous room - 201.

I was in the Deluxe Studio on the 2nd floor and was told it is the best room in the facility - and it was wonderful! Spacious, bright with big windows overlooking the front courtyard. Very peaceful and comfortable! Air conditioning worked great. Pool is quite small, though this didn’t bother me as I’m not a pool person - I did see others partaking of it and they appeared happy enough. Would definitely stay here again if I could get this same room. I did make a last minute decision to return to Da Nang for another night after going to Hoi A but was unable to get the same room. Got a much smaller room on the 4th floor, not nearly as nice or spacious (listed as Standard Studio - about 1/2 the size of the other room; I’m not sure if they are all this size) and the air conditioner does not work as well but there was also a fan in the room. Staff are very friendly and attentive, which does make a difference.

うたい文句にあるように 自分の家のように泊まってねという感じが良い 近くにベトナム食、日本食レストランも多い コンビニもある。ハン川にも近い 部屋に洗濯機はない ランドリーサービスは 1 kg 5万ドンで朝出せば 夕方にはもう出来上がる 部屋に 湯沸かしポットと冷蔵庫ははあるが 電子レンジはない。電子レンジは 4階の共有スペースにある 水を外で買って来なくていいから助かる ろ過して殺菌した水 1 リットルが5本、無料で部屋に置いてある。何本でも追加でもらえる。
