Bonjour, n ayant séjourné dans cet hôtel que 2 jours car la police est venu me chercher pour une quarantaine, le personnel m’avait dit qu’il vont me rembourser des jours restants sur ma réservation, j’attends toujours le remboursement de la différence, soit 12 jours. Merci de demander à l’établissement le remboursement.

In consequence, we need to double check your booking information and days of staying at our hotel. Due to government restricted regulations during coronavirus disease, our hotel has been temporarily closed. We received your request and it would be proceed whenever our hotel re-open.

미케비치와 가까운 편이고 호텔 가격은 저렴한 편입니다. 호텔 직원의 친절도는 만족하나 호텔 관리 상태는 좋지 못합니다. 방 안에 많은 개미가 벽을타고 돌아다녀서 다른 방으로 옮겼는데 바꾼 방에 도마뱀 한 마리가 돌아다녀 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 늦은 시간이라 또 방을 바꾸기 미안해서 그 날렵한 도마뱀과 설전을 벌인 후 운명을 다한 도마뱀을 확인 후 쉴 수 있었습니다. 현지 환경 상 도마뱀이 많은 건 그렇다 쳐도 개미가 많은 건 관리 소흘이 아닌지 의심됩니다. 시설도 좋은 편이 아니라 청결하고 깔끔한 숙소를 원하시는 분들은 다른 숙소를 추천 드립니다.

A nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is very quiet, 1.2 km from the city center but the hotel has a small golf bus to go back and forth from the city center to the hotel. The swimming pool is relatively large. Food for breakfast is good. Highly recommended!

Good location, poor service
The place was easy to find and the location was good for a short stay. The breakfast was mostly local food but there are cafes and restaurants nearby to grab s bite. The service is not great though, cold and uninterested.

It’s pity
Even this hotel is new and clean i would say if you are foreigner, you should think carefully. Because their staff can speak Little English only receptionist can communicate but we still have to use google translations. Maid and others can’t use English. We booked family suite for 2 nights but we get 2 double rooms with crystal clear mirror door separated from another rooms. It doesn’t work because the door can’t lock!! We tell the staff about that they come and see .... nothing change. Most highlight that we decide to choose this hotel is swimming pool bus sadness they close at 7pm and that day they close swimming pool for maintenance with out tell us since we checked in . I called reception about this thing we can’t understand each other so i came down to get more explain but i get that the swimming pool close today... while you announce like this !!!

Watch the city come alive from the rooftop
The Sepon Blue is a great hotel, with a nice pool on the rooftop and an amazing view of the city and the sea. Watching the lights come on in the evening and the full moon rising over the sea was the best. It was a bit too long a walk for me, to the sea, about 20 minutes or to the Dragon Bridge about the same...this may not matter for others. It has a good buffet breakfast but no other food all day...and you must walk to find restaurants. The staff are wonderful! Very helpful and I felt secure there.

개미가 많았어요. 조식은 보통이며, 수영장은 괜찮은데 작았어요. 화장실 문은 잠그지마세요. 그러면 갖혀버려요. 첫날 이불이 더러웠어요. 사생활 보호 전혀안되요. 방과방사이는 벽이 아니라 문으로 구분되어 있습니다. 택시 기사들이 이 호텔을 거의 몰라요. 니셉션 직원들은 친절한편이에요. 화장실에는 냄새가 심해요. TV신호가 약해서 화면이 엉망이에요.

I did like the hotel. It was close to wverything we needed. Theu advertised a resturant...but it only sold the included breakfast. As well as i wish they would have longer pool hours into then evening. I also found it weird how when we drank drinks from the fridge in the room, we were charged seperatly instead of being charhed to the credit card. Overall had a great stay

I love the pool. But it had short night hours. I would have loved to soak in the pool after my day adventures were completed. I did not like when we went to go check out a couple drinks we drank fro. The fridge....i stead of being charged to our credit card and was forced ro aying them in cash. And i felt that the restaurant should have be adverted differetly....becuase we were only able to get breakfast there...and when trying to get different meals. There was nobody to help us or take our order. I did lole how the hotel would arrage for tours, car rentals, and ect..

We had a bad experience with this hotel. Our bathroom lock was broken therefore we couldn't even lock it. House cleaning never happened for our room. Our trash was full and we had no where to throw it. We ran out of toilet paper because it was never refill. We were on the top floor and there was music playing early in the morning therefore we couldn't even sleep. Overall, it's one of the worst hotel we stayed at.

가성비는 됬고 그냥 싼맛
커넥팅룸 빌렸습니다. 침대는 넓고 좋았구요 방도 깔끔했습니다. 가성비는 모르겠고 싼맛에 가는 호텔이네요~ 장점은 3인실에 침대가 넓어서 성인 3명이서도 넓게 잤구요 방음이 그럭저럭 괜찮아요 다른 호텔보단ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 조식은 쏘쏘 메뉴가 적지만 규모에 딱 맞는 메뉴 수 인듯하구요 위치는 택시 기사들이 잘...못찾지만ㅋㅋㅋ걸어서 15분이면 미케비치에 갈 수 있고 창문너머로 저어어기에 바다가 보입니다ㅋㅋㅋ 단점은 카운터 직원이 영어를 잘 못합니다 그리고 객실은 깨끗하나 침대커버, 이불, 수건에 뭐 묻어있었는데 너무나도 눈에 띄는... 저희 가족은 그렇게까지 깔끔하지도 않고 귀찮아서 그냥 썼습니다만 수건에 반 이상은 뭐하나씩 묻어있었습니다 그리고 수건도 3인실인데 2명이서 쓸 수건을 준비해두었네요 예민하신 분들은 비추... 돈 더 주고 다른데 가세요ㅋㅋㅋ아 그리고 아침에 조식먹고 8시에 수영장 올라갔는데 문이 닫혀있었음.. 오픈시간 7시인데 닫혀 있어서 구경은 못했네요 주변에 공사는 하지만 막 시끄럽진 않습니다 무튼 가성비는 됬고 싼맛에 가는 호텔입니다ㅋㅋㅋ

Although it is not a big hotel, facilities are also well equipped and the room is clean. The best pint is that the staff is kind and friendly. The location is close to the sea and close to the Old Town. And yet, the price was very reasonable.

미케해변도 가깝고 다낭시내가 가까워서 택시타고 다니기 너무 편했어요 자전거 대여해주셔서 오전엔 미케해변으로 산책하기좋았고요~ 주변에 먹거리도 많아서 저녁해결도 잘했네요 저렴한가격대에 비해 잘지내다 와서 넘 좋았네요~^^

가성비는 끝내줌 저렴한 가격으로 편안한방을 원하시면 가셈 17층자리 빌딩이고 루프탑에 수영장있음 트리플룸에 묵었는데 옆방이랑 닫힌문두개로 연결이되어있는 형태임 새벽에 조용히해달라고 전화옴. 우리같은 숙박객이 이웃일시 시끄러울수있음 루프탑은 뷰도 좋고 놀기 좋음 전체적으로 방이 좁은거랑 방음문제만 빼면 불편한거 없이 3일 잘 묵었음

Prima hotel voor weinig geld
Goede ruime kamer uiteindelijk gekregen. Moesten van kamer wisselen vanwegen bouwwerkzaamheden naast het hotel, daarna prima. Zwembadje op het dak, zag er goed uit. Ontbijt was ok met Aziatische gerechten en westers (toast, ei, fruit, joghurt etc) Voor deze prijs een prima hotel, loopafstand tot het strand en drakenbrug!

Un panorama époustouflant
Magnifique emplacement entre ville et plage. Musée cham, golf, grande pagode , balade en ville avec la voiture électrique , fruits de mer et piscine au dernier étage de l’hôtel avec un panorama à couper le souffle , un séjour inoubliable

Helt ok, kunne vært mye bedre
Før oppholdet kontaktet jeg hotellet og avtalte henting på flyplassen. Ved utsjekk måtte jeg betale ekstra, da hotellet mente at regnvær ved henting var dyrere. Under transport til hotellet ble jeg tilbydd å få damer til hotellet som tilleggstjeneste av hotellets sjåfør. Ellers kan det nevnes at hotellet er dårlig isolert og restauranten holder ikke åpent slik det opplyses om på nettsidene deres. Pluss med hotellet er beliggenhet.

Good hotel
If you like going to the beach, the hotel is walking distance to the beach. Clean facilities. But the walls are very thin. Can hear the voices outside all the time. Breakfast is all local food.

The pictures of this hotel are fairly deceiving. Thankfully our stay was only for one night before transit to Hoi An. The staff seems friendly but some of them do not understand English very well. Rooms were not very clean. I would not advise this hotel for accomondation.

Helt greit om du er heldig og får det billig
Vi betalte 140kr natten da vi booket to netter, men så måtte vi betalte 190 da vi la på en natt. For prisen var hotellet greit, men det er svært få sitteplasser ved det lille bassenget. Renholdet kunne vært mye bedre, generelt veldig mange småting som kan forbedres. Frokosten var grei, en del vietnamesisk mat så om man ikke ønsker/liker den typen mat er det hovedsaklig toast de tilbyr. Det positive var at den ene damen som så over frokosten var veldig grei og fleksibel. Servicen i resepsjonen var ikke noe å skryte av, i hvert fall ikke når det gjaldt turer. Vi bestilte tur til Ba Na Hills og fikk beskjed om at det var greit å være der til kvelden rundt klokken 20/21, men det var det egentlig ikke, og det ble masse styr med at vi egentlig måtte betale mer og greier. Heldigvis ga var sjåføren etter og ventet på oss. Hotellet beklagde seg ikke da vi kom tilbake, men på morgenen etter da vi skulle sjekke ut unnskyldte de seg for alt tullet i går.
