Amazing view for relaxing trip
The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was cozy and provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

패밀리룸은 가격이 저렴해서 좋았습니다. 주변에 한시장과 같은 쇼핑 할 곳이 많았고, 먹을거리도 많았고, 한강 바로 앞이라 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 특히 인포메이션 직원분들이 너무 친철해서 기분이 좋았습니다.

We generally enjoyed our stay at The Garden Capsule. While we moved rooms twice to get a suitable one, the third was fine. The staff were fantastic as they worked to get us a suitable room. The location was good, close to buses, restaurants, and the Dragon Bridge. The only real issue we had was noise/music from the bar next door that went as late as 3:00am. Recommended if that is not a concern for you.

Location is perfect. Value for money. But the rooms need deep clean. Spider webs everywhere. Thick black dust in the air vents. Aircon was leaking water and dripping behind the tv which has created mould. No rubbish bin in the room. Shower water flow was not existent. Bar upstairs was empty cause all they had in stock was 8 bottles of cider. I checked out early and got another hotel.

Regarding the cleanliness of the room, we always make sure that the room is clean and ready for the guests to check in. We really apologize for not making you happy. We will work carefully with our housekeeping to deep clean the room. About the aircon and shower water, we wish that you had agreed to let us help you us by sending the technician to your room or changing another room for you if available. As we checked with our receptionist, you told us this problem and we asked for your permission to go to the room to check but you said that it didn't matter as you would check out early in the morning. Besides, we always set up a rubbish bin in the bathroom. Once again, thank you for your useful feedback, which helps us to improve our shortcomings and gain the better services.
