Really warm, good kitchen, only minor point is shower lacks power in onsuite but didn’t try the other bathroom!

"Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth.
Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful.

"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome.
Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "
