Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bus shuttle drivers are extremely helpful with customer needs in mind. Best location in the park! Dinner buffet is great, breakfast is so, so. The rooms were large and comfortable with desk and lounge type seating. The bathroom was large but the space around the sink was quite tight. My main issue was how hard the mattress is. I would have slept much better if the mattress was softer or if the hotel offered a topper to soften the mattress ...
