"My room was clean and spacious, the television did not work, I called the front desk, they informed me they would send someone to my room 30 minutes later, I called again, they told me they would comp me a free movie? How can I watch a movie
if my TV does not work????? told the front desk to forget about it and went to
bed, left early the next morning. Not a great stay for what I paid for the room.
You need to do better!!!!!!!!!"

"This was a last minute booking on a delayed flight rescheduling so we were not sure what to expect. This property exceeded my expectations with respect to the accommodations themselves, as well as the shuttle service (sending an Uber when the shuttle hours were over) and the buffet breakfast the next morning. The staff were super helpful and pleasant to deal with and they were also more than willing to suggest things to do/sights to see with our extra day in Dallas. I would recommend this to...
