"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in over 30 years of travelling and staying in hotels around the world. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was extremely cold, around 18°C, and completely uncomfortable. When I went to reception to ask whether the heating could be turned on, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful.
