"The location is excellent to me. Tram stop, U bahn and major train station, supermarkets and cafés all in easy walking distance. Rooms are clean and tidy, Lukas who welcomed us has been helpful to solve everything. Would come again if visiting Vienna in the future."

"We were only in Vienna for one night so wanted to stay right in the centre of the tourist area and this location was excellent! It's less than one minute walk to St Stephens Cathedral and the furthest we walked for "tourist activities" was 10 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is easy to get to on the metro. The staff were freindly, and happy to keep our bags after check-out for free which was very helpful. After check-out we spent the day in Vienna and picked our bags up at 6pm. The hotel...

"Rummet var alldeles för litet för 2 vuxna med resväskor, Det var minimalt, stämde inte alls med fotot på bokningen. Airconditon var avstängd. Efter klagomål dag två fick vi fjärrktr som reglerade den. Minibaren var varm, även efter klagomål. Sängarna perfekta. Frukosten var bra, gluten och laktosfritt alternativ ordnades. Städaren gjorde inte sitt jobb, städade inte golvet alls. Bytte inte ut dusch eller handtvål när det var slut. Inga byten av handdukar. Sista dagen struntade han helt i att...
