The meal plan was exceptional. The chef accommodated our vegan option request with fabulous adaptations of traditional Italian cuisine. The spa under the hotel, fed by the mineral waters, was comfortable and convenient. The staff was so kind and helpful. We’ll be back next year.

Bhe che dire sulla carta 4 stelle nei fatti 2 sono pure troppe. Siamo in tempo di covid e lo so, però per lavoro si viaggia ugualmente. Premessa albergo quasi vuoto o quasi ho prenotato con Expedia e mi viene data una camera nella zona vecchia dell hotel, ci sta, ma visto che sei vuoto un upgrade poteva invogliarmi a tornare. Ho girato diversi hotel in questo periodo e tutti hanno fatto upgrade, ma va bhe. Colazione scarsa fette biscottate scadute il primo giorno, ma ci sta c’è il covid...ciliegina sulla torta la seconda notte non mi rifanno la camera, scendo per chiedere almeno asciugamani puliti, mi viene dato un solo telo, e mi viene detto va bhe è da solo in camera le basta... in più non si scompone nemmeno e me lo da molto scocciato. Conto? Salato 300 euro per 3 notti... non mi rivedono più nemmeno da lontano e dovrò tornare spesso in zona!!

The breakfast was disappionting! And the beds were not comfortable and too hard. The spa should be included in the price. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Großes Hotel in Zentraler Lage
Etwas schwierig zu finden: Navi kennt die Straße nicht (bekanntes Problem vor Ort), von der Hauptstraße nicht zu erkennen, da der Name nicht dran steht. Sonst alles ok. Bad wurde nicht warm, weil Fenster wohl schlecht isoliert. Mit Spa, aber nicht benutzt

Very quiet and clean. Small rooms, but well equipped. Great breakfast! We moved there from a nearby 3-star property in hopes of using the pool and hot tub at the Rizzi, per their listing of facilities. Surprised and disappointed to get the run-around from various staff members, and ultimately, a demand for 20 euros EACH to use those facilities. We did not pay the extra fee, but moved on. Wish the hotel and Expedia could be more clear about what is and isn't included in the rate. Don't advertise a hot tub/pool if you are going to charge extra to use it!

Fine settimana a Boario Terme.
L'albergo è situato in centro a boario vicinissimo alla terme, la pulizia è buona, la colazione ottima ed abbondante. Alla reception sono molto cordiali e disponibili a dare consigli. Le camere ampie ed un bagno incantevole.

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Iseosees.
Wir waren dort für eine Nacht, weil wir die floating Piers sehen und begehen wollten. Für diesen Zweck war das Hotel völlig okay. Leider haben wir das Frühstück verschlafen.

Kompromisse für Floating Piers
Das Hotel kam eigentlich nur infrage, weil für die Floating Piers alles direkt am Iseosee ausgebucht war. Das Hotel weist vier Sterne aus, aber Preis und Leistung sind 3 Sterne. Probleme gab es beim Einchecken, als für 15 min. meine Expedia-Reservierung nicht gefunden wurde ...

Pour une nuit, ça fera largement l'affaire! Restaurant très correct, petit dej aussi, bon wifi mais chambre très petite et déco vieillotte. Se renseigner sur les horaires du SPA, car en basse saison il y a des jours ou le spa est fermé, d'autre jours horaires d'ouverture très réduite

Terrible-simply avoid
This is misrepresentation of what I booked for. Now I understand why the ratings were much lower than anticipated. I chose this hotel on the basis that it looked more luxurious than the other alternatives for a stopover night. 1. The hotel is dated with worn with stained carpets, broken shades and signs of damp too. 2. We had a drainage smell in our bathroom- unbearable. Because of the nasty smell I did not have a shower either! 3. You have to pay an additional fee per person to enter the jacuzzi even though you are staying at the hotel. Children are not allowed. 4. We came in February. The quilts given were suitable for a breezy summer evening, not winter. 5. The Wifi service, although free, exasperates you and you end up not using it ultimately. Their passwords and user codes are too laborious. 6. Breakfast was standard but service was very poor. Some of the bread and cakes were also dry. 7. I complained to the hotel who charged me the full amount and do not accept liability. They blamed me for booking a classic room. They said that they cannot put pictures of each room on their website. My top tip: steer away; don't book it as you will be disappointed. Our best experience at this hotel: the departure from the premises.
