"Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"The signature level made a big difference. Staff friendly outdoor shower was amazing. The biggest down side is the food; there are times of the day no restaurant is open and they is tough for late arrivals and morning sleepers. "

"It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say, though the stuff that I’m saying was very dry was in the buffet only everywhere else they were good and amazing and the energy was there"
