Acacia Hotel Davao

"Conveniently located next to a large mall and walking distance to a number of restaurants and street food, Acacia is one of Davao's finest hotels. Serving as a venue for events, the busy lobby atrium and flowing staircase accentuate a sense of style and flair. The rooms are standard international class with small fridge and coffee/tea. There's a love seat and small table as well. Bedding was excellent. Very comfortable! Each floor is accessible only by keycard, adding to a sense of security. For the price, however, one would expect a lot more. Not that the rooms have anything wrong with them - just not worth the $100+ per night. However, Davao doesn't have a lot of alternatives to this type of hotel so I suppose this is what the market will bear."

"I had a pleasant stay at Dusit Thani Davao. The suites are spacious, elegant, and well-maintained, making them perfect for both business and leisure stays. The staff were courteous, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and luxurious. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the food was decent, I was hoping for a wider variety of dishes and more consistent quality to match the high standard of the accommodations. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay!🙂"

"The location is perfect since it's near (walking distance) most of the places I want to go everyday such as restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, SM Lanang, etc. It's also near the airport. It's just the bathroom needs to be cleaned a little bit especially the dusty door.."

"Budget friendly and clean. The free breakfast is a +, though the choices of food is just ok. The staff are very honest and helpful with our needs. I forgot my notebook and medicines, thankfully they check the room before we left. The location is 9.5/10 very convenient if you have activities in Davao city."

"Overall a great experience! We were only there for 2 nights but it was probably enough because food and drinks are pretty pricey there. Glad breakfast was included. Staff is very friendly. Just a few odd things to point out: no bananas, mangoes, or fruits native to the area (only watermelon, pineapple and canned peaches) and no longanisa or toscino at breakfast. We’d come back!"
