Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, . Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
The property is really near Canmore and had a convenient access to highway. We had the view on the mountains but would have loved to have a balcony. Interior shows its age, but we were barely there to notice. Was perfect to stay with kids. Nice staff.
The property will be torni down in 3 months
Really helped to understand the conditions of the Place. The restaurant next Door was extremely good. Unfortunatly that will also go to make space for new developments

Huge room. Lots of space. Kitchenette was adequate for limited cooking. Hotel had no amenities. Beds were comfortable. It was one of the least expensive hotels in the area so it was a good value
The desk agent was very helpful and accomodating with my 1:30am arrival. He was very communicative and made my nightmare travel day much better. It's a comfortable, basic spot right off the 1. It's exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Sorta worn down, but very good for the price. The bed was on the stiffer side, lots of pillows. Love the charm of it on the outside, it’s like a Swiss Chalet with timber, stone and stucco. Lots of parking. I love the Deadman’s Flat area, it’s quiet and closer to Calgary. Would recommend.
This is a budget level hotel that is very good at providing a cozy bed at the end of the night. Do not book it if you're looking for a bath, substantial local amenities or to spend long times within your room for your vacation. The prices for off-season are fantastic, the hotel staff are very good, and the beds are lovely. The location for anything mountain-related is great! Just realize it is an older, low amenity establishment rather than expecting the world.
