"We had a lovely 2 day stay. Greeted by the delightful Megan on reception who looked after us beautifully. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Our two breakfasts in the glorious dinning hall were exceptional and both Doreen and Sorrel went above and beyond to make it such a special experience. Excellent service and friendliness. Our stay ended with another lovely lady on reception who helped us with our luggage to our car and waved us off. We had a great stay and can highly recommend anyone...

"The Marlborough is a pub with tasty food and about five rooms for overnight stays. The staff is outstanding and does everything possible to be helpful. It is on a central street of a very small town, so it can be a bit noisy during the day and early evening, but is quiet at night. The rooms have nice versions of all the basics, including a good bed and excellent shower. There are few extra amenities beyond the room and pub, although the breakfast was very good. "Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again "

"Upon arrival I was met with nice friendly staff. I had my wedding reception here so I already knew the place was top notch. Brilliant hotel, throughly recommend. If I could pick one issue is that the wifi wasn’t the best and didn’t really work. "
