"They’re currently going through a upgrade remodel. The first floor is completely done, which is where we stayed. It is a great economical hotel. That’s clean with a decent breakfast near the interstate shopping. Very quiet area definitely would stay again when visiting family."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...

"The room appeared clean but smelled of smoke so bad we had to cancel our stay. The manager was very helpful and found us a room at another motel. Thank you Sam for the help!"

"Out room was old and dingy. Our door was so hard to open and close. Some of our lights didn’t work and our TV was wobbly so we had to hold it up with a cup and the blocks were broke on the window so we couldn’t open the window to hear the rain, but the bed was super soft and the shower was clean."

"You pay for what you get. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean enough to stay for a night. The blanket was basically a sheet it was so thin. I will stay somewhere else maybe a bit more expensive if I need to come again."

"Everything was great and hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when it came to parking. The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking."

"Room was clean, staff was really helpful when needed, breakfast was great, fresh and plenty of food and choices. No problem with parking or getting on and off highway. Huge Room 101 on ground floor. Newly remodeled. Yes I would recommend if you are staying in the Kingwood area."
