"Very nice"

"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. I booked this hotel for the pool access and the pool was not even open. Not satisfied. Felt i paid too much for what...

"We stayed here one night when we went for our daughter’s graduation at Bryn Mawr College. It was nice to have a two bedroom king suite!! You could fit a whole family in here and you can have breakfast for free. It was a very nice breakfast! Easier than going into Philadelphia and affordable."

"My husband and I loved our stay at Hyatt Place. The minute we walked in we felt welcomed by the staff. Room was clean and spacious. My husband loved the living room area, where he was able to sit and watch the t.v. while I was in the bedroom area checking up on my texts. He wants to return to Hyatt place and stay a couple of days longer, because we only had an overnight stay. Let's not forget the breakfast, which was delicious and we had a lot of options. Thank you Hyatt Place of Mount Laurel...

"The only plus is that it is convenient and the kitchen closes late. The rooms are old, bathtubs are rusty, and we had to request a different room after we found bed bugs. The staff was super nice and helpful, but owners need to pay more attention to the property."

"Only 3 issues with this HoJo. #1 No texture or grip on the tub bottom. Very slippery!! #2 No grab bar in the shower to help with the slippery tub. #3 HEY GENTLEMEN!! Stayed in room 234. When sitting on the toilet, when flushing, the water rises to a level that soaks your brosack! I learned the hard way and got a gross surprise! Consider this your WARNING ⚠️!"

"Definitely a place to stay. Clean, quiet, efficient staff. The room we stayed in was beautiful. I’m a very light sleeper and although the hotel was almost full it was quiet. I love staying here when I’m in town"
