Had a one night stay here which was very enjoyable. Loved our room! Tip: Would recommend using Uber rather than the hotel taxi service which is ridiculously expensive for travel to the airport.

The team went above and beyond in every possible way - WOW all my expectations were exceeded! I stayed 4 nights for a stop over on route to Kerala from Australia and this property experience was better than the photos on Expedia. The breakfast was amazing, great gym and pool and the room was top notch. Will stay here again

I loved this hotel, it is close to the airport which meant only a 5-10minute drive and we kept our rooms till 6pm, perfect. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. However, I got locked out of my room at the normal cut off time 12 noon and had to go down to reception for my key to be redone. I wasn't happy about this and felt when questioned about who I had spoke to for this extension, that I wasn't believed which made me feel under-valued.

stayed there total of 8 nights. Tried 3 different rooms and all were excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful. However: You have to pay for breakfast; it's not free. The dinner cost is outrageous; $78 CAD for an open buffet. The shuttle is not free, It's more than $25. If you use Uber, it's only $4 to $5.

Great staff and service, room was very nice. Housekeeping was attentive and helpful. Location is good, especially if you want to visit other places from the airport. Many restaurants to choose from with excellent selection. We highly recommend staying here.

This is a nice facility near airport that I will return again. Its construction quality with beautiful marble floors and pleasantry with decorations is admirable, along with its in house nice restaurants I found primary attractions!

I liked Cleanliness, Staff Support, Safe environment , close to shopping, Buffet Breakfast (you have to pay extra for that, but it is worth it), No Tip Policy which doesn't leave you embarrassed especially if you don't have small change or no change at all. Didn't like The buffet dinner is extremely expensive. It is more than what we pay in Canada and USA. The shuttle back and forth from Hotel to Airport is more too expensive comparing to Uber (found out later on). The shuttle should be included as a common courtesy for guests especially if you are booking business class room.
