Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay.

After a round of room-roulette, we got a decent room. All the bathrooms in the rooms appear to be an after-thought, crudely carpentered into the room, with smoked-glass walls. One room we saw had just a curtain for the bathroom door(!!!). Other rooms had a sliding glass door that does not afford good privacy. This is the primary reason for knocking off 2 stars. The staff was courteous in general, but the person showing the rooms was deceitful when trying to pass off a lower-quality room as a superior room. Breakfast spread is adequate. For the price we paid, I expected higher quality.

The Park hotel New Delhi– Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of options( there was also Nutella !! *😜 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
