"The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views.
The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day.
Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you Chris x"

"Lovely house. Home from home. Double beds were small and it only has one bathroom/but we managed. A few issues in contacting the property people to help us get in, but otherwise it well. "

"Perfect location to explore the area. We were there for the Llangollen Round - a 35 mile event - and it was the perfect place to begin. We had an amazing outdoor space which we used all the time as the weather was kind to us.
We ate outside too as there wasn't a table for 4 accessible without having to move furniture about in the lounge. The TV we gave up with as too small to see and we were just enjoying having a chat anyway.
The kitchen appliances were fantastic but could have done with a...

"Nice place to stay, very handy for dog walks at the back of the golf course.
In a handy place if you want to go to the beach it's about a 5 minute drive to Barkley beach, only 4 miles to Rhyl."

"Would definitely go again but would avoid the ground floor 1 bed lodges due to noise from the accommodation above. Bathrooms require a privacy blind, especially at night."

"Lovely spacious immaculate room , very comfy bed.
No bath but a lovely big shower.
Lovely bar area in the hotel to relax if a day time , spa is fabulous. "
"Have stayed here many times, but this time I felt they were cutting corners - no biscuits with the coffee tray in the room, and this morning at breakfast most of the fruit juice cannisters were empty, and very little fruit on offer.
I do not feel the bath is suitable for older people. I am 81 and had difficulty getting into the shower as the bath is so high. Its a good job there is a grab rail because the bath was so slippy to stand in to have a shower. Getting back out was also very difficult - the paper bath mat is not fit for purpose, ( another example of cutting corners)as it slipped on the tiled floor, and I felt unsafe. I spoke to Reception about this and at my request they provided me with a non slip rubber mat for the bath.
Breakfast and dinner were to a good standard.
Because of the problems I encountered, I am not sure if I want to stay again."
"We decided on this hotel as we were in the area for a karting event for my son
and had to be up early for it. On check in the lady said there was entertainment on until midnight and our room was right above it. I said seone should have let us know this on booking as I would have have cancelled being up so early. She said I am sorry. On entering the room, I had booked a twin room as it said 2 doubles. They were extra large singles and really uncomfortable..the shower room was ok. But the bath was big enough for a 4 year old and the cold water tap didn't work so had to use the shower to fill it. The room was so warm too.
I have to say this totally ruined our stay as we only got 5 hours sleep. Never again "
