"Photos were not accurate. Literally just a bed or 2 and a bathroom in the room. No table, no shelf or anywhere to put anything. Gaping holes where the electrical came in so bugs also came in. Would not stay here again. Guess you get what you pay for. "

"We arrived later than planned after several travel delays, and from the moment we stepped through the door, the wonderful husband‑and‑wife team made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care set the tone for our entire stay. Throughout the trip they were endlessly helpful, offering thoughtful tips and recommendations that helped us make the most of the area. The property itself is beautiful — peaceful grounds, a gorgeous horse, two friendly cats, and the sweetest dog who happily soaked up all the attention from the kids. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that kept everyone happy, especially the little ones. The rooms were spotless, the showers were reliably hot with plenty of water, and in the evenings we loved being able to unwind with basketball, pool, and table tennis. The location is excellent too, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away and a convenient shop around the corner. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. As we were leaving, my daughter accidentally left behind her beloved bunny rabbit. We contacted the hotel, and they not only found it immediately but posted it to our next stop without hesitation. That level of care says everything. They are genuinely the loveliest couple and consistently go above and beyond for their guests. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly — they deserve every bit of success that comes their way. If I ever return to Denizli I will be staying here again!"

"Great location nestled in a small town surrounded by homes that are typical in a village. Our hotel room has the views of the nearby mountains with snow caps during spring time in April. There is ample parking in front of the property and is about 15 mins drive to Pamukkale Hot springs and hot air balloon rides. The hotel includes free breakfast in the morning with a good collection of breads, eggs and other stuff; however, the staff were very rude to our family when we politely asked them few questions about the food as we had dietary restrictions. They were also very unhappy when I asked them a question about coffee. Besides that the hotel premises and the room were super clean and exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms were clean and stuffed with ample towels and toiletries. "

"Cotton House is unpretentious, boutique hotel with comfortable and clean rooms and excellent hospitality. Mr. Toofan and his family looked after us like close friends. Breakfast was freshly prepared, served well and substantial. We also had dinner on 2 evenings. They were prepared for our vegetarian needs and felt homemade and fresh. Overall, we came away with a warm feeling of contentment. I would highly recommend this hotlel."
