"We loved everything and the staff was so nice"

"The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection? After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. "Total new experience no person at desk till 11PM. You need to go to casino desk approximately 100 yards away sign in, get room card for outside doors will not open without it. If you are just road traveling not going for casino not worth the good price to me."

"I liked that the hotel is close to HWY 55. The room was mostly clean, except, a chair in room 200 has questionable stains. Ugh."
