The room smelled brand new! We love staying at this hotel. This isnt the first time we've stayed here. The room was clean housekeeping never tried to clean the room while we were still in our room (that seems to always happens to us at other hotels where they just open the door and walk right in) and breakfast was great! Parking was perfect as well too especially for the weekend we could park where we could see our car from our window. The room temp was always the perfect temp of where we actually had it set and the ladies at the front desk at night and in the morning were very nice. We plan to stay here everytime were in the Des Moines area! (Plus it's right next to the outlet mall!! Bonus!!)

All things were great. Breakfast could step it up a few notches and we had some issues with key cards on check in but those were resolved after the fourth try along with rebooting the new system. All in all a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and over all, a great place to stay while in Iowa.

Taylor at front desk was amazing! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast menu was ok. Wish they had pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs. Room was sparkling clean and very modern. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
