"The property is surrounded by nature, it is ancient and unique, the lady at the reception is professional, the service of the team is quick, the breakfast had varieties. However, the suite had issues in the bathroom, leakage below the sink and dirty water accumulation within the shower area. I believe they should upgrade their maintenance and cleanliss levels."

"I stayed there twice this year and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a team that serves you with a warm smile and professional competence. Shout out to Thaera and Murhaf - they are both gems!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very busy at the pool. If you plan to go swim after 11 am, you will not find a chair to sit. We had to reserve chairs at 7 am in the morning. We were in a sea view suite. It was a beautiful room. But, the lights is the bathroom did not work. We called the reception and they said they will send someone from maintenance to fix it. But, no one came."

The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional specially Yara and Gerald —always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was seamless and quick, and I was even upgraded to a superior and more expensive room with a stunning view for free without me asking. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The pool was crystal clear all the time. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I wanted to see and yet felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I travel a lot, but this hotel truly stood out. It felt more like a luxury experience than just a stay. I’m already planning my next visit next summer. Highly recommended without hesitation!
