"We 3 of us stayed in a room in this hotel. Clean and helpful staff. BUT the mattress of the bed for the third person was wrapped in plastic cover which I believe must have the original plastic cover when you purchase a mattress from a shop. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep and make creaking noise when turn from one side to other. We stayed in more than 50 hotels but we haven't come across this in any of them. Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back whenever it's stored. "
