"3 night stay by 2 elderly ladies. Check in was pleasant. Agreeable to immediately change rooms due to frig barely cool. Rm #2: no body soap in mounted dispenser, didnt get out of shower to look for bar soap, may have been in hall sink? Front desk, said "housekeeping can't check all supplies". No housekeeping, restocking of towels, coffee, trash out.... unless requesting it, due to things including "social distancing". F desk asked us to come down to get what we needed. Made 4 trips (at least) over the visit. No mention of too late to ask for the next day when requested hkeeping for next day. No results. There is a note provided by the TV, hadn't read it at 1st. So next afternoon, F desk said needed to request before 9:00 the day before. Note said 11:00am. NO HOUSEKEEPING FOR 3 NIGHTS. Fire alarm worked well at 3:00 am. Hours later, staff said it went off because of a storm? No hint of expression of apology or empathy. Loved the sisters that work there, they are warm & friendly. Food served it's purpose, had better at much cheaper hotels. Gravy & potatos not offered every day & alternate, ----'eggs (scram & boiled)& sausage, waffles. daily, amongst white bread & bagels, & other dry best foods & drinks. AC , TV, worked well, bed comfortable. No hot tub per staff, small pool, water clear, but bottom looked dirty, staff said just needed painting. Lots of carpet stain, but they were working on it. This is my objective 3 night experience, I'm a down to earth person."

"Here is a stronger but still fair review: I would not recommend this motel. I was in the room for about an hour and a half, and even with the air conditioning on, the room never got below 78 degrees. I thought maybe it just needed more time, so I left for a few hours. When I came back, the room was still 76 degrees. I asked the staff to do something about it, and they told me the air had shut off because it was motion-sensored. They told me to give it another hour, but this was already around 9:00 p.m. By 9:40 p.m., it was still 76 degrees, and at that point I was frustrated enough that I just left. They should have simply moved me to another room instead of expecting me to wait around late at night in an uncomfortable room. Overall, it was not a good experience at all."

"This place is absolutely not worth the money. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, mold in the ceiling tiles, chipped/broken vanity counter top, and had a weird smell. Also, paid and picked a room that should have a river view. What a good joke. I could maybe see 6ft of river from the first floor balcony. I could have easily walked from my balcony to any other on the first floor because the ground floor roof is almost flush with the balcony. Needless to say, I will never be staying here again."
