"Only stayed overnight for a wedding in the area, but could not have been more pleased with the experience. The room was large and really clean. Bathroom was also spacious and super clean as well. I arrived early for my check-in but they had my room available and I was able to grab a nap before the wedding. The bed was firm, but not uncomfortable. The manager was running the front desk and she was great! Before confirming that my room was ready, she had a quick conversation with a housekeeping staff member and you would have thought they were family. You could tell that she creates a great work environment for her team which in turn, makes for great experiences for her guests!
The hotel is located in an area with several food choices nearby. I did grab breakfast before checking out and it was as you'd expect from standard continental breakfast fare. The team member who was in charge of the area kept everything clean and organized while smiling and greeting each guest who stopped by. Very refreshing!!
If you are in the Parkersburg-Mineral Wells area, I highly recommend this hotel, mostly for the people who work there! They truly want you to enjoy your stay! That's what it's all about!!"
