Komfortables Hotel mit ein paar minusPunkten. Ich hatte in der nähe von meinem Fenster einne Kompressor stehen, der zwar Nachts abgeschaltet wurdeaber doch gestört hat. Das Essen war nicht so mein Fall. Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat War die KinoEinrichtung. Mal was anderes.

Movie theme hotel

Very friendly staff, great service and the hotel is in super condition. The decor is pretty unique (movie theme). The food at the hotel is not that great and was the only negative aspect of the stay.

Hotel delivers high standard throughout.

I was impressed very much by high standard of service from the moment we arrived, the Manager was also approachable and most helpful. I had a great massage and spoke to the doctor on site as well. The cleaners were excellent. Breakfasts were also excellent as was room service. I recommend the Silvertips for central location and good value for money. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Only hotel I would stay at in Munnar

Excellent Hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights in June 2015. Pros: Near city market Near good restaurants, have an excellent restaurant onsite (Mayabazar) Very helpful staff Very clean and well maintained property Worth every penny Note: Try Hotel Mughal palace (Restaurant) in front of their gate. Serves excellent food. Cons: None

nice hotel in the heart of munnar city

hotel was based on movie theme, this hotel is a converted hotel from a movie theater. we stayed in a room, which was based on taare zameen per hindo movie theme. room was clan and good. only thing which i did not like is extra charges hotel demanded 2k for peak season hike charges. i told them that when i booked it online and it includes all charges, but still they insisted on extra 2k for peak season. to me it looked unreasonable. other then, it was pleasant STAY.

Great hotel with a legacy. It's seen various celebrities. Staff is helpful. Their buffet is simply awesome and yet extremely affordable. Its highly hygienic and well maintained property.

Hotel luks new clean.staffs r very well behaved kind.not money minded.hotel itself is a must watch place with flimy themes.king khan & entire chn xprs crew stayed here.food is aweaome.cooked porridge and baby food for my 8 mnt baby.I l stay here only if I were to visit munnar again.located center of all sight seeing places.if u can afford 6k per night, then go for it without second thought

Fantastic...must for movie buffs like myself !!!

We stayed for just one night but we had a wonderful time at The Silver Tips. It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location. Easy access to the town and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very well maintained. Everything from the main lobby to the coffee shop to the restaurant to the hallways and rooms are clean. I was impressed with the movie theme and how much thought they have put into it. They have taken good care of every little detail. We stayed in the Nayakan room and it brought back fond memories of a movie that is truly an epic in Indian Cinema (think Godfather). I am so glad I picked this place. I highly recommend it...

Silver Tips hotel offered us what we wanted

This hotel is situated in an ideal location. We could go to points of attractions, Although the hotel offered us what we were looking for, the roads leading to the hotel was horrible. Hotel staff were friendly, helped us with taxi services etc. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Sharing views !

The hotel is bang in the centre of the city. For folks into films, you should book here. The theme of the hotel is around movies, it's built in a place which used to be a movie theatre earlier ! Do not expect a resort feel.... but good place to put up !
