"The view from our room and the property itself was incredible. We loved the little balcony and how close we were to a few spots. However, the a/c was horrible and we had a hard time sleeping because it was hot no matter how hard we tried to cool ourselves down. If you're traveling in the hotter months (it was 103 out when we got to our room) I would not recommend staying here because of that."

"We had a wonderful time. It was centrally located to everything in town. The property itself was amazing. We really enjoyed do the Sedona thing and coming back to the resort and going to the pool bar. Krow, the bartender was so much fun and he recommended places to go to around town. Can’t wait to go back."

"Great place to stay in West Sedona. The staff is helpful and the rooms are spacious. If you pack a lot of gear, there is room to store it in the room. Small kitchenette's are convenient, but the bathroom is tiny. We stayed on the second floor (no elevators) not an issue for us, but noted here in case it is for others. Easy access to all of Sedona."

"Due to the weather we would be checking in around 10 pm when the front desk is closed. Called them and was accommodated immediately. No fuss no hassle. Parking is a breeze. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC was cold when I needed it and the little fireplace was perfect for the evening. Can’t say enough about how awesome the staff was with questions & suggestions. The amenities worked and fresh towels were plentiful at the pool, sauna, cold water plunge & jacuzzi....

"Had ants everywhere in our room. Staff brought a can of flying insect killer and ant traps which were no help. They were getting into our stuff and on our feet and arms. Outside on the grounds, the entire area was crawling with more ants. When checking in, the staff tried to charge way more than the Expedia receipt amount. They reduced the amount after I showed the receipt. Dropped in early the morning of our check in day to notify them we just arrived in town, we were promptly told it would be...

"Everything was great here. The breakfast is freshly cooked. Not a typical free hotel breakfast. The grounds are immaculately kept. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had for an included meal! We loved watching the hummingbirds in the bird sanctuary while we sipped our coffee under the pergola. The hiking trailhead on the property was one of our favorite hikes in our 15 day road trip. One thing to note, there are no laundry facilities on the property for guests."
