"The initial staff that was there at check in was amazing. Such great costumer service and so friendly. The staff that followed her shift was nice as well. The 2 desk staff that followed those shifts were just on their phones their entire shifts trying to hide them quickly when people walked by and weren’t as friendly or helpful. "Rooms look clean, sheets not very white. Staff members are different, some are not helpful, some are friendly, not enough smiling. Not very helpful in explaining, I asked Tuesday night for an extension stay, staff did not want to explain that they were sold out, and responded to go and check the online booking, didn't want to talk much. Other than that the place is okay."

The only issue was the shower—it only had partial glass coverage, so water would spill onto the bathroom floor, and one thin towel wasn’t really enough as a mat. "There are people hanging out everywhere in the lobby, people outside, smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone at all hours. The felt very creepy in there. Did not feel extremely safe even though the location was close to the bridge in Dartmouth. Would not recommend."
