Average hotel, few broke down vehicles in the lot, looks like they've been sitting for awhile(hotel vans). Staff behind desk were friendly. Staff on phone are not. No complementary breakfast. Short drive from Mall of America. About all i have to say.

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel
It would really appreciated if the rooms had a microwave in order to heat up left-overs. Also, I thought the rooms had an iron and ironing board but I could not find one. These are amenities which would be appreciated by the guests.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy ...
