My partner said 'that was probably the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had (& I’m a spa junkie lol!) INCREDIBLE from the customer service to the treatments. The pool is lovely and a great resort like experience in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Wonderful on every level."

And for forbid you need fresh air or a cool room they will charge and accuse you of smoking. AC said 66 and on but the room stayed at 78 degrees General manager Jay is rude as all outdoors. takes no accountability and yells at women. Housekeeping gave us folded dirty towels in our bathroom. THEY HAVE ROACHES."

"Hallways are somewhat dark but otherwise the hotel is comfortable without unnecessary bells and whistles. Parking is $25 per day. The rooms have a Motion sensor light and power feature. This is really annoying because if you turn over in bed at night the lights come on. I tried every combination of turning the motion sensor off and it wouldn’t work as I liked. It would still shut off the lights after some time. Also very annoying was that when the power switches off your devices stop Charging....

"Soo disappointed. I made this reservation specifically for the jacuzzi and it has been closed for weeks apparently. The staff was not nice and the building is outdated. I could have used that money to stay in a cheaper place for the same quality. 👎"
