"The property was well located clean and the employees competent and helpful. I was surprised that the room considered premium and at around $2,000.00 a night did not have a full shower. I also shocked at how thin and badly insulated the rooms walls were. I could actually hear the person sneezing in the adjoining room as well as their wake up alarm."

"The hotel is in a good location and has nice amenities like AC. The carpet in our room was stained with what looked like pet stains to a level that's not consistent with the price and rating of the hotel."

"I booked the Terrace Suite at the Carlton Cannes and paid a significant premium because I expected the terrace to be the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the standard or value associated with one of the world’s most prestigious hotels. The terrace itself is impressively large but felt surprisingly underutilized.
